We collect personal information that you provide directly to us when you create an account and use the App, including:

- Job title and department (from your organization's directory)
- Phone number (if provided in your organization's directory)
- Unique user identifiers
Work-Related Information
In the course of using the App, we collect work-related data including:
- Work order details, descriptions, and notes
- Customer names and contact information
- Equipment and vehicle information (make, model, VIN, license plate)
- Labor hours, entries, and time records
- Parts and materials information including costs
- Photos and images uploaded through the App
- Invoice and billing information

- Expo/React Native: For app development framework

6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
- Secure cloud infrastructure with Microsoft Azure
- Access controls and authentication requirements
- Regular security assessments and updates
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. Specifically:
- Account information: Retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after account deletion to allow for account recovery
- Work order records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years for business and legal compliance purposes
- Usage logs: Retained for up to 12 months for security and troubleshooting purposes
We may retain certain information longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions

9. Account Deletion

- Delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days
- Retain only information required for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes as described in the Data Retention section
Please note that certain work-related records may be retained for legal and business compliance purposes even after account deletion, but will be anonymized where possible.
10. Camera and Photo Library Access
The App requests access to your device's camera and photo library for the following specific purposes:
- Capturing photos of work performed for work order documentation
- Photographing equipment for identification and record-keeping
- Capturing receipt images for parts and materials purchased
- Uploading existing photos from your library relevant to work orders
Photos are uploaded to our secure servers and associated with the relevant work orders. We do not access photos on your device other than those you explicitly select to upload. You can revoke camera and photo library permissions at any time through your device settings, though this may limit certain App functionality.
11. Tracking and Advertising
We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes. We do not use your information for targeted advertising. The App does not contain third-party advertising. We do not share your information with advertising networks or data brokers.
12. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions as described in this Privacy Policy. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
13. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
